Buccaneer Watches was created by Peps Peplow who has been a watch enthusiast for many years. After acquiring quite a collection of watches Peps started to modify some of his timepieces to a style that he liked. During this process he decide upon the Calico Jack as his brand logo, which linked in with his military, policing and maritime background.

 

This was initially for putting onto his own builds, but very quickly with interest from friends and colleagues he realised there was a market for bespoke custom watches and Buccaneer Watches was born. 

 

Peps now offers a no obligation consultation to design your watch either by meeting up and discussing your timepiece over a coffee or rum. or via a zoom call where ideas can be explored and the final product design agreed on and then ordered. 

 

Buccaneer watches use the Seiko family of automatic movements which is a well tried and tested movement used by Seiko and many other micro watch brands.
